Airports Council International (ACI)
In 2013 Kazan international airport became the member of ACI Europe organization.
ACI represents over 450 airports in 45 European countries. In 2013, its member airports handled over 90% of commercial air traffic in Europe, welcoming more than 1.7 billion passengers, 17.8 million tonnes of freight and 20.7 million aircraft movements. Based in Brussels, ACI leads and serves the European airport industry and maintains strong links with other ACI regions throughout the world.
THE VOICE OF EUROPE’S AIRPORTS
ACI membership is comprised of airport operators of all sizes, along with national airport associations, educational establishments and world business partners. Working together in an active association to ensure effective communication and negotiation with legislative, commercial, technical, environmental, passenger and other interests. The members of ACI EUROPE are competitors in the airport market place and support free and fair competition as a trade policy and a legal concept.
