Twice a week to Tbilisi – Kazan airport opens a new route!
On June 2, the new international flight is opened at Kazan international airport: Georgian Airways launches regular passenger transportation on the route Tbilisi–Kazan– Tbilisi.
The flights will be performed twice a week on Mondays and Fridays:
• departure from Kazan at 10:40 a.m., arrival to Tbilisi at 14:10 p.m.;
• departure from Tbilisi at 08:00 a.m., arrival at Kazan international airport at 09:40a.m.
Boeing 737 passenger jet liner will operate the routes.
The local time is indicated for each airport. There might be changes in the flight schedule.
The flight duration is 2 hours 40 minutes. The time in Georgia is 1 hour ahead of Moscow time.
Flight operation according to this schedule is planned until the end of summer navigation season 2017 (the end of October).
Alexey Starostin, Director General of Kazan international airport, JSC said, “At present moment, Georgian Airways performs the flights only at airport of Moscow and Saint-Petersburg in Russia. That way, the flight Kazan– Tbilisi will be the third route of Georgian Airways, performing from our country.
Route network development creates additional opportunities for tourism growth and make the Republic of Tatarstan more available for businessmen.”
