Belavia will start performing flights to Kazan
On April 26, 2018 Belavia will start performing flights on the route Minsk – Kazan – Minsk.
The flights will be carried out 4 times a week on a regular basis, departing from Minsk at 23.50 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays and arriving to Kazan international airport next day at 02.10 a.m. Return flight from the capital of Tatarstan is planned with departure at 4.30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays with arrival to Minsk National Airport at 6.50 a.m. The indicated time is local for all airports.
“Needless to say that the launch of the route Minsk – Kazan – Minsk, first of all, encourages business and will contribute to economic growth of both republics. Besides, we hope that the capital of Belarus will become more accessible and attractive both for businesspersons and for tourists from Tatarstan thanks to regular flights. The frequency of flights will allow citizens of both countries to combine perfectly their staying in Minsk and Kazan as well as in other historic sites of Belarus and Tatarstan”, mentioned Anatoly Gusarov, Director General of OJSC Belavia – Belarusian Airlines.

The flights are planned to operate on a comfortable Embraer 175 airliner, with capacity of 76 seats. Travel time is approximately 2 hours 20 minutes.
The one-way ticket price on belavia.by website will start at 106 euro, including fees and taxes, and round-trip ticket will start at 199 euro. Tickets are already on sale.
The route Minsk – Kazan – Minsk will be convenient to perform transit flights between Europe, Russia and Central Asia countries. For instance, to transit via Minsk to London, Rome, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Brussel, Warsaw etc. Therefore, direct flight from Kazan to Minsk opens up new horizons for travelling of Kazan airport passengers.
