UVT Aero from Kazan to tourist capital of Georgia
Airline expands flight geography
On June 16, 2018 UVT Aero will open direct flights from Kazan to Batumi. The flights will be carried out on a regular basis, twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays in compliance with the following schedule:
The route Kazan – Batumi – Kazan
• departure from Kazan at 08:10 a.m., arrival at Batumi airport at 11:50 a.m.;
• return flight from Batumi at 21:05 p.m., arrival at Kazan airport at 22:45 p.m.
“As far as the flight is international, the price for one - way ticket will start at 10 300 roubles, however, it will depend on euro rate. The flights will be operated by CRJ 200 aircrafts with capacity of 50 seats”, noted Stanislav Kozlenko, Director General of UVT Aero JSC.
UVT Aero plans high load in Batumi – not less than 75%. These flights are seasonal and it will be operated until the end of September, while the weather is still warm on the Black Sea coast.
“We are targeted at tourists that prefer sea vacation, families with children”, explained Kozlenko.
In September 2017, UVT Aero got the access provided by Rosaviatsiya to perform international flights, and from October started operating flights to Kaliningrad over Europe skies. Nevertheless, UVT Aero develops intra Russian routes. This past Tuesday UVT Aero opened the flight Kazan – Tomsk in the framework of regional air traffic subsidizing program, connecting two largest scientific centers of Russia by air route.
