Kazan international airport has passed Quality Management System certification
Kazan international airport administration has made a decision to apply at Quality Management System according to international ISO 9001:2008 system in 2014. Following the results of certification audit performed by Russkiy Registr – Grajdanskaya Aviatsiya LLC, Kazan international airport has received ISO9001 and IQNet certificates of quality in the spring time of 2015. These certificates confirm that airport’s passenger, baggage and aircraft handling services conform international requirements.
Correspondence certificate ISO 9001 confirms Kazan airport’s great competitive advantage in areas of airport activities providing boundless confidence as well as of present partners and future potential clients.
It should be noted that receiving of first international quality certificate is first step on receiving ISAGO certificate developed by International Air Transport Authority (IATA) in 2008. This program includes worldwide accepted standards of airport management and quality control of handling procedures. Operating in ISAGO program framework is aimed on increasing of handling activities safety level according to the highest quality standards along with unification of standards and expenses optimization.
