Return of Goods of proper quality

The client is entitled to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before it is received, and after receiving the Goods - within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase

The conditions of return of goods of proper quality:
  • The Goods have not been used, their consumer properties and presentation is preserved (labels; markings containing the characteristics of the Goods; original packaging); there is a commodity or cash receipt,  or another document confirming payment for the said Goods.
  • The Goods are not included in the List of non-food products of Proper quality that are not subject to exchange.

Three ways of returning the Goods:

1. On your own, to Kazan Airport: 420017, Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Airport, Terminal 1. It is necessary to contact the specialist firstly by writing to shop@airportkzn.ru .
2. By post
The goods should be sent to the following address: Kazan Airport, Republic of Tatarstan, 420017.In the recipient line you must specify: Kazan International Airport JSC, Press Service.
3. Through pick-up point of SDEK
ТYou need to bring the goods to a pick-up point convenient for you. The availability of a pick-up point supporting the service of receiving Goods in your city can be checked on the map.
! Transport costs will be reimbursed at the Buyer's expense.

The following documents must be presented with either way of returning the Goods:
- an application for return (link)
- commodity or cash receipt
- a copy of your passport (main page and registration page).

Return of Goods of Improper Quality

All quality claims are accepted by emailing the online shop: shop@airportkzn.ru. If you have received goods of improper quality, send us a photo of the Goods showing the defect.

Our specialist will contact you to agree a return/exchange process for the goods.
If there is a defect, we will cover the cost of shipping.

Refund of money

The amount paid by the Buyer for the Goods of proper or improper quality is subject to refund to the Buyer from the moment of submission of such application within 10 calendar days. The corresponding amount will be paid to the bank or other account specified by the Buyer.

The procedure for exchanging Goods is identical to the return procedure.

All disputes are regulated in strict compliance with the current laws of the Russian Federation.
